Terms and Conditions
Notes
- Samples are for color reference only; finished products (cabinets, countertops, sinks, accessories, etc.) may vary. The final color will be produced based on the confirmed color code and/or model.
- Lighting and environment can affect color, which may change over time.
- Subsequent reorders/additional supplies of components may have slight color differences, which is within the normal range and will not be grounds for complaint.
Pricing
Package prices are for reference only, the actual price will be determined by the designer and final
Includes supply, material transportation, and installation. Excludes: plumbing and drainage connections, gas and electrical connections, wall drilling, and renovation procedures not listed in this quotation (e.g., relocation, demolition, protection works, etc.).
Also excludes: final cleaning of installed cabinets and equipment.
Project Timeline
- Cabinet production: Approximately 3–4 weeks after final measurement + client approval of drawings + deposit received
- Cabinet installation: Approximately 3–5 days after delivery
- Countertop production and installation: Approximately 7–10 days after cabinet installation is complete
Delivery
Delivery times are subject to supplier/factory arrangements. In case of unforeseen delays (uncontrollable factors), we will endeavor to notify you and provide the most accurate progress information available.
Transportation
An elevator must be provided for goods transportation; if not available, an additional charge will apply for upward movement.
Wall Drilling
If there are wires/pipes inside the wall and they are not marked by your contractor, we will not be responsible for any related consequences (e.g., water leakage or short circuits).
Installation
Cabinet installation can only commence after window glass installation, wall and floor tiling are complete, and electricity supply is available.
Change Orders
If materials are changed after cabinet production has begun, we will not be responsible for delays caused by such changes; all change order fees must be paid in full upon confirmation.
Warranty
Our company provides a 12-month warranty on cabinet bodies. Appliances/countertops/accessories are covered by their respective Hong Kong agents.
Covers only: replacement of manufacturing errors, defective materials, parts, etc.
Does not cover: damage from human abuse/misuse/negligence/modification; natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood, etc.); color differences between samples and actual products (subject to factory/supplier color codes/models).
