Man Wang Holdings Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Our Company") is the operator of the FOTILE Hong Kong Official Website (https://www.fotile.com.hk). Shopping on this website constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders & Contract
Orders you place on this website are subject to our acceptance. A sales contract is formed when you receive our "Order Confirmation Email".
We reserve the right to refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasons. A full refund will be arranged in such cases.

2. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include Hong Kong sales tax.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay credit cards. Payments are processed by an authorized third-party payment service provider.
Ownership and risk of the products transfer to the customer upon delivery signature.

3. Delivery Service
Delivery Service Area covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and selected outlying islands (Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay). Surcharges may apply for remote areas or specific addresses (e.g., village houses, walk-up buildings).
Delivery surcharges:
 · Tung Chung / Ma Wan / Park Island: HK$200 per item
 · Discovery Bay / Lantau Island: HK$400 per item
Staircarriage fee (payable directly to delivery crew): HK$80–115 per 10 steps (first 3 steps free; any partial 10 steps counted as a full 10 steps).
Long walking distance from parking point: First 50m of flat road free; HK$55 for each additional 50m.
Excluded areas: Outlying islands (except those listed above), restricted zones, and overseas.
Delivery excludes installation, unpacking, or removal of old appliances.
Customer must be available on the scheduled delivery date. Any failed delivery due to the customer will incur a re-delivery fee.
All delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by transportation disruptions, adverse weather, or other force majeure events.

4. Installation Service
Installation services require advance appointment scheduling and include basic installation items. Additional charges will apply for any extra accessories. For more details, please contact customer service.
Installation work is carried out by designated contractors. The customer should confirm all details and the final quotation with the technician before installation commences.
Inability to install due to on-site conditions (e.g., safety hazards, insufficient space) cannot be used as a reason for product return.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund
Generally, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations, except for stock unavailability or if the product has a manufacturing defect upon delivery.
Requests for exchanges due to non-quality issues (e.g., wrong model, incorrect size) must be made within 7 days of receipt. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. If approved, a handling fee of 30% of the product price will be charged, and a refund is not available.
All refunds will be processed via the original credit card and will take at least 10 working days.

6. Product Warranty
A one-year basic warranty is provided from the date of purchase (specific products or promotional offers may have different warranty periods). If the customer registers the warranty on the FOTILE Hong Kong official website (https://fotile.com.hk/pages/warranty), an additional one-year warranty extension will be granted (display products excluded).
This warranty is only applicable to products purchased and used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If the product was not purchased from a local retailer or authorized distributor, the warranty will not apply.
Free inspection services are provided during the warranty period, but parts and labor costs may be charged separately. The original valid purchase invoice must be presented for repairs.
The warranty does not cover human damage, improper installation or use, natural disasters, or consumable parts.
If the product is used for non-household purposes during the warranty period, free warranty services will not be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure information on the website is accurate but are not liable for any errors or discrepancies between product images and the actual product. Product appearance and specifications are subject to the actual product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profits.

8. Privacy & Terms Revision
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

In case of any disputes, Man Wang Holdings Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.
