Welcome to the FOTILE "User Experience Review" campaign (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating. By taking part in this Campaign, you agree to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
1. Campaign Period
From today to August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Hong Kong time).
2. Eligibility
- Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above.
- Genuine purchasers and users of FOTILE products.
- Purchase must be made via FOTILE Hong Kong official website or authorised dealers, with product warranty registration completed.
- Submit a 50+ word review on the designated product page, including at least 2 real-life photos taken at home.
3. Prize & Redemption
- Prize: PYREX Visions 8-Piece Dinnerware Set by Corning (1 set).
- One redemption per eligible participant. While stocks last.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. Verification & Prize Collection
- All reviews are subject to verification.
- FOTILE may disqualify participants for plagiarism, unauthorised images, inappropriate content, or invalid proof of purchase without prior notice.
- Approved reviews will receive an email confirmation within 7 working days. No email = review not accepted.
- Prize collection details (location, method, deadline) will be provided in the email. Late collection = forfeiture.
5. Copyright
By submitting, participants grant FOTILE a royalty-free licence to use review text and photos for marketing purposes (website, social media, ads, etc.). FOTILE may make minor editorial adjustments without altering the original meaning.
6. Personal Data
Personal data collected (name, contact, address, etc.) will be used solely for this Campaign (verification, communication, prize distribution). FOTILE complies with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
7. Disclaimer & Rights
- FOTILE is not liable for data loss/delay caused by technical issues.
- FOTILE Hong Kong reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Campaign or these terms without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, FOTILE Hong Kong's decision is final and binding.
