FOTILE Kitchen Research Visit in Hong Kong Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in Fotile Hong Kong's kitchen research interview! Your feedback will help us better understand the real needs of Hong Kong families and develop kitchen products more suited to local lifestyles.
This interview is primarily for families who "have never used Fotile products" or "do not own Fotile products". The registration deadline is May 19, and interviews will take place from May 20 to 30.
I confirm that I accept the following arrangements:
1. On the day of the visit, the FOTILE product team will enter the vicinity of the home to conduct questionnaires and observations, and will not enter other areas besides the living room/kitchen, etc.
2. The visit will take about 1–2 hours throughout.
3. Upon successful completion of the interview, you will receive HK$1,000 in supermarket vouchers as a reward.

The contact information you provide (including name, phone number, address, etc.) will only be used for the screening, contact, and arrangement purposes of this "Kitchen Research Interview". All information will be kept strictly confidential and will be destroyed within two months after the event concludes. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data.
