Welcome to the FOTILE "Smart & Fresh Kitchen Makeover" (hereinafter referred to as "this activity"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the activity. By participating in this activity, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Activity Promotion Period
This activity runs from today until August 31, 2026, at 23:59 (based on the organizer's system time).

Eligibility
Participants must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above.
Participants must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account.
Participants must complete the following activity requirements:

• Take photos of their current kitchen environment.
• Publish a public post on their personal Facebook or Instagram, explaining the pain points or areas for improvement in their current kitchen.
• Tag the official FOTILE account in the post and follow the official account.
• After publishing, send a screenshot of the relevant post via direct message (DM) to the official FOTILE account for verification.

Prize Distribution and Restrictions
Each eligible participant will receive one "FOTILE 30th Anniversary HK$1000 Discount Voucher".
The discount voucher will be sent as a promotional code via Facebook or Instagram private message.
The discount voucher is only applicable to FOTILE Hong Kong kitchen renovation solutions and must include at least one FOTILE kitchen appliance product in the same order to be used.
The discount voucher cannot be used alone to purchase individual products, nor can it be used for clearance products, accessories, or specified ineligible items (if any).
Only one promotional code can be used per order, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (unless otherwise stated).
Each participant can only receive the promotional code once throughout the entire activity period.
The discount voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
The discount voucher promotional code is valid until August 20, 2026, at 23:59 (based on the organizer's system time).

Data Review and Gift Arrangement
FOTILE will review all submitted content, including but not limited to the authenticity of the posts and compliance with activity requirements.
If any fraudulent participation, appropriation of others' content, inappropriate content, or non-compliance with activity conditions is found, FOTILE reserves the right to disqualify the participant without prior notice.
After successful review, the promotional code will be sent via private message within 7 working days; if no notification is received, it means the submission was not accepted.

Copyright and Content Usage
By submitting any text, photos, and videos published by participants in this activity, participants agree to grant FOTILE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for future marketing and promotional purposes (including but not limited to official websites, social media, and advertisements). FOTILE reserves the right to make appropriate edits or refinements to the content without altering its original meaning when using it.

Collection of Personal Data
Personal data provided by participants during the activity (such as social accounts, name, contact number, email, address, etc.) will only be used for identity verification and voucher distribution for this activity. FOTILE will strictly comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in handling relevant data.

Disclaimer and Reservation of Rights
FOTILE shall not be liable for any delays, losses, errors, or unrecognizable data submitted by participants due to computer, network, telephone, or technical problems.

FOTILE Hong Kong reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel this activity, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, FOTILE Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
