Welcome to the FOTILE "Summer Light Meal Challenge" (hereinafter referred to as "this event"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating. By participating in this event, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Promotional Period
This event runs from today until 23:59 on August 31, 2026 (based on the organizer's system time).

Eligibility
Participants must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above.
Participants must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account.
Participants must complete the following event requirements:

• Prepare a summer light meal and take photos or videos.
• Publish a public post on your personal Facebook or Instagram account.
• Tag FOTILE's official account in the post and follow the official account.
• After publishing, submit a screenshot of the relevant post via direct message (DM) to FOTILE's official account for verification.

Prize Distribution and Restrictions
Each eligible participant will receive one "FOTILE 30th Anniversary HK$300 Discount Voucher."
The discount voucher will be sent as a code via Facebook or Instagram direct message.
The discount voucher is only applicable for purchasing kitchen appliances on the FOTILE Hong Kong official website, excluding clearance items and accessories.
Only one discount code can be used per order, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (unless otherwise stated).
Each participant can only obtain the discount code once throughout the entire event period.
The discount voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
The discount voucher code is valid until 23:59 on September 20, 2026 (based on the organizer's system time).

Data Review and Gift Arrangement
FOTILE will review all participant content, including but not limited to the authenticity of posts and compliance with event requirements.
If any false participation, unauthorized use of others' content, inappropriate content, or non-compliance with event conditions is found, FOTILE reserves the right to disqualify the participant without prior notice.
Upon successful review, the discount code will be sent via direct message within 7 working days; if no notification is received, it means the entry was not accepted.

Copyright and Content Use
By submitting any text, photos, and videos published by participants in this event, participants agree to grant FOTILE a royalty-free license to use them for future marketing and promotional purposes (including but not limited to the official website, social media, and advertisements). FOTILE reserves the right to make appropriate edits or refinements to the content when using it, without changing its original meaning.

Personal Data Collection
Personal data provided by participants during the event (such as social accounts, name, contact number, email, address, etc.) will only be used for identity verification and voucher distribution for this event. FOTILE strictly complies with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in handling related data.

Disclaimer and Reservation of Rights
FOTILE shall not be liable for any delays, loss, errors, or inability to identify data submitted by participants due to computer, network, telephone, or technical issues.

FOTILE Hong Kong reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this event or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, FOTILE Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision and interpretation.
