General Terms
By using your membership account, you accept these Terms and Conditions and any future revisions.

All Members:
a. To enjoy benefits and earn points for online store purchases, you must log into your membership account before payment.
b. Member benefits are not applicable at authorized dealer stores.
c. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your membership account.
d. Each member is permitted only one membership account.
e. Accounts registered with the same mobile number will be automatically merged.
f. Wan Heng Holdings Limited reserves the right to amend these terms.
g. Wan Heng Holdings Limited reserves the right to verify member eligibility.
h. All transaction records are based solely on the data within Wan Heng's system.
i. In case of any disputes, Wan Heng Holdings Limited reserves the final decision.
j. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.


Membership Tiers & Validity

1. How to Become a Standard Member
Register an account to instantly become a Standard Member.

2. How to Become a VIP Member
Upgrade your status through cumulative spending on the official Fotile Hong Kong website (www.fotile.com.hk):
Gold Member: Spend a net total of HKD 5,000
Platinum Member: Spend a net total of HKD 20,000
*Membership level will be upgraded automatically within 1–2 working days after order completion.

3. Membership Validity
a. Standard Member: Permanent membership
b. Gold Member: Valid for one year from the date of issuance/upgrade
c. Platinum Member: Valid for one year from the date of issuance/upgrade

4. Membership Renewal
Gold and Platinum Members who meet the corresponding spending requirement before their membership anniversary will be automatically renewed for another year.
