Terms and Conditions
Important Notes
- Samples are for color reference only; the final product (kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, accessories, etc.) may vary. The final color will be based on the confirmed color code and/or model.
- Lighting and environment may affect the color, which may change over time.
- Replacement/additional parts supplied at a later date may have slight color differences, which is within the normal range and shall not be grounds for complaint.
Price
Package prices are for reference only. The actual price and accessories will depend on the actual design and area of the designer and kitchen, and shall be subject to the officially signed sales contract.
Includes supply, material delivery, and installation. Excludes: water supply and drainage connections, gas and electrical wiring, wall drilling, and renovation procedures not listed in this quotation (such as relocation, dismantling, protection works, etc.).
Note: Does not include final cleaning of installed kitchen cabinets and equipment.
Project Schedule
- Kitchen cabinet production: Approximately 3–4 weeks after final measurement + customer approval of drawings + receipt of deposit
- Kitchen cabinet installation: Approximately 3–5 days after delivery
- Countertop production and installation: Approximately 7–10 days after kitchen cabinet installation is completed
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the arrangements of each supplier/factory. In the event of occasional delays (due to uncontrollable factors), we will do our best to notify you and provide the most accurate progress information available.
Transportation
An elevator must be provided for transporting goods; if one is not available, an additional fee for carrying goods upstairs will be charged.
Wall Drilling
If there are electrical wires/water pipes inside the wall and they have not been marked by your contractor, we shall not be held responsible for any related consequences (such as water leakage or short circuits, etc.).
Installation
Kitchen cabinet installation can only begin after the installation of window glass, wall and floor tiling, and the provision of electricity.
Changes
If materials are changed after kitchen cabinet production has started, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the change; all change fees must be paid in full upon confirmation.
Maintenance/Warranty
Our company provides a 12-month warranty on the cabinet body. Appliances/countertops/accessories are provided by the Hong Kong agent.
Only covers: replacement due to manufacturing defects, defective materials, parts, etc.
Does not cover: damage caused by human abuse/misuse/negligence/modification; natural disasters (such as fire, flood, etc.); color differences between samples and the actual product (based on the factory/supplier color code/model).
